A Little Something is your destination for distinctive, beautiful lingerie and
swimsuit collections. Here you will find our in-house custom creations made
with elegant and luxurious fabrics to flatter and indulge your unique self.
Our mission is to create lingerie and other apparel that inspires
women—no matter their size, shape, color, lifestyle or fantasies—by
empowering them to love their bodies and feel beautiful in their own skin.
Each handmade and custom piece is as special and diverse as the woman
who wears it. There is truly a little something for every woman. We hope that
you will enjoy each and every piece as much as we enjoy creating it for you.
Based in New Orleans, LA, A Little Something can be found at several
select New Orleans boutiques and festivals or on our on-line boutique.
OUR STORY
A Little Something was founded by Kelsey Brehm in 2016 . The idea was sparked while living in Amsterdam and thrift shopping at the street markets on weekends. Who could not be inspired by The Noodermarket, Albert Cuyp Market, or Bloemenmarket with eclectic merchandise, vibrant flowers, wonderful smells (Stroopwafels, yum) and the sights and sounds of a bustling community?
As a costume designer, she has always been drawn to fabrics. Wandering the markets, she happened upon stalls with beautiful lace fabrics. Her creative instincts kicked in and she bought lots of it—really, lots of it. She just knew she would find a use for it somewhere, somehow. Ideas began to develop and after returning to the United States, she formed A Little Something based on those beautiful pieces of lace and the thought that women everywhere deserve a little something special—just for themselves.
From hand-stitching the first bralette in Amsterdam to designing custom pieces and collections in the United States, Kelsey’s designs focus on unlocking the full potential of women and
a reminder that we all deserve A Little Something.

Designer
Kelsey Brehm, CEO & Head Designer
Kelsey Brehm is the founder and designer of A Little Something.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she now makes her home in
New Orleans with her Honey, a rescued tabby cat. New Orleans
is a fascinating city which has captured her passion and imagination for design. In addition to designing for A Little Something, she
is a costume designer for local theatre productions.
